All Valley Escrow, Inc., an Independent Escrow, was formed in January of 1999 from a company, which had been in the escrow business since 1990, but regulated by the Department of Real Estate. The decision was made in 1998 to incorporate as an independent escrow and be the best escrow company in the county. Starting with a main office in Simi Valley in 1999, All Valley Escrow has grown to 3 Ventura County branches with main office in Simi Valley on Los Angeles Ave, Westlake Village and  Camarillo. 

Gary Stockton, All Valley's general manager has been in the escrow industry since 1970. After graduating from college, he started as the receptionist for a San Fernando Valley escrow company. Working his way up, he went to secretary, escrow officer and office manager in the span of 9 years, opening a branch office for TMC Escrow in 1979. Gary has worked escrow companies under the jurisdiction of the Department of Real Estate, the Department of Insurance and the Department of Corporations.  Although much more rigorous in their regulations, his preference has always been working under the Department of Corporations as an independent escrow. With his vast knowledge of the industry, Gary was picked to oversee all county escrow operations for All Valley Escrow in September of 1999.
